UPDATED: Fourteen candidates have now put their hand up for a seat at the Invercargill City Council's top table, following the resignation of Councilor Nigel Skelt on 4 May.
Nominations have so far been received from Steve Broad, Asha Dutt, Sebastien Fabre, David John Hicks, Carl Edward Heenan, Terry King, Graham Lewis, David Meades, Tom Morton, Andrea Murrell, Rob Te Maiharoa, Lisa Tou-McNaughton, David Pottinger and Ian Reeves.
Nominations are set to close at 12 noon on Thursday 8th June.
Voting will open on Thursday 13th July and close on Friday 4th August (election day).
