CLOSING from East Gate (Hollyford) to Donne River (Westgate) 5pm Overnight snow

Comments:

The highway is closing tonight (Friday) at 5pm. UPDATE - An increased avalanche hazard, and further snowfall, is forecast overnight tonight and into Saturday morning which will require a reopening time of around midday. This is for us to review the avalanche conditions and then clear snow. A further closure Saturday night is very likely as forecasts indicate snow to likely continue most of the afternoon/evening. This means there will be only a narrow opening window. Update at 5pm.
