One person has died following a serious single vehicle crash near the Aparima River Bridge, on the Wreys Bush – Mossburn Road yesterday (5 Feb).

The crash was reported shortly after 5pm yesterday.

The person was transported to Dunedin Hospital with serious injuries while two other people were transported to Southland Hospital with minor injuries.

The road was closed while the Serious Crash Unit conducted a scene examination.
