The awards’ hall of fame features recipients such as athlete Sir Murray Halberg, Auckland musician Pati Umanga, Invercargill politician JB Munro, and others responsible for transforming the lives of many people.
Jenny Hogg has also been nominated for the support superstar award, for her tireless work as a support worker, advocate, local area co-ordinator, board member, volunteer and friend to many people and communities impacted by disability.
During Covid-19 level 4, she helped and supported families to apply for food grants and provided phone support to many.
She has also taken time to build trust with and coach individuals to achieve and find work.
