Summer in the South, Southland's very own free holiday magazine will, for the first time, be delivered to residents of Invercargill city.

With encouragement and support from Great South, this year's extended home delivery, represents a more than doubling of the magazines usual print run, from 20,000 to a whopping 41,500 copies.

Now into its 9th year, the popular summer guide features an extensive diary of local events and activities to entice readers to explore the very best that Southland has to offer over the next 5 months.

As well as home delivery to residents in Invercargill and the Southland District, copies will also be available in Gore and other strategic locations throughout Otago and Southland.

Copies will start being delivered in the next few days.
