Target Shooting Southland president Quinton Erskine said 39 target shooters from across Southland participated in last weekend's Target Shooting Southland, Southland Championships, which was a lower number than previous years.
Alistair Campbell, of Otautau, took home first in the top M Grade, while Ken Chittock of Gore (A Grade), John Shepherd of Gore (B Grade), Lindsay Withington of Invercargill (C Grade), and Courtney Erskine of Tuatapere (E Grade) won their respective grades.
Nicola McKay of Wyndham won first place in the Felton Cup.
Mr Erskine said all target shooting clubs remained open over the winter, with contacts and meeting times available on the Target Shooting Southland website.
