Surfacing repairs being completed by Downer on SH1 Tay St at David St and Lindisfarne St intersections were to be completed tonight under night shift. However due to circumstances beyond their control, this work now needs to happen during the day. So tomorrow Tuesday 8th and Wednesday 9th between 10am and 4pm, the following traffic management will be in place:

SH1 Tay St/David St:

SH1 Tay St will be closed to westbound traffic from Inglewood Road to David St. 

Detours:

• Light vehicles – use Inglewood Road/Otepuni Ave/Lindisfarne Street
• Heavy vehicles – use Inglewood Road/Tweed St

SH1 Tay St/Lindisfarne St:

A lane shift will be in place on SH1 Tay St at the Lindisfarne St intersection, so expect a narrowed lane width at this location.
