Please see below the areas of the Southland state highway network where you may experience delays this week due to programmed roadworks. 

Highways South work with traffic management in place (all with temporary speed limits):

• SH94 Mossburn-Lumsden highway east of Mossburn township, temporary traffic lights for drainage work
• SH96 Winton-Hedgehope highway near Springhills, temporary traffic lights for pavement work
• SH96 between Wreys Bush and Ohai, temporary traffic lights for pavement repairs
• SH98 Lorne Dacre Road near Grove Bush Woodlands Road, temporary traffic lights for pavement work
• SH99 Riverton-Wallacetown highway between Price Road and the Oreti River, temporary traffic lights for drainage work
• SH99 Orepuki-Riverton highway near Stick Road, temporary traffic lights for drainage work (two locations)
• SH99 Orepuki-Riverton highway near Ward Road, temporary traffic lights for drainage work

Third party work and events with traffic management in place this week (all with temporary speed limits):

• SH6 North Road, lane drop for footpath renewals
• SH6 North Road north of West Plains Road, lane shift for pavement work
• SH6 at Nokomai (two locations), stop/go for the construction of new overhead powerlines
• SH96 Winton-Wreys Bush highway at Transmission Line road
