Invercargill police and Land Search and Rescue (LandSAR) volunteers continue to search the Queens Park area for Raymond Horn, who has been missing from his rest home since February 15.
A USAR drone was being used to map and search areas to the east of Queens Park yesterday.
Police preparing to search the wider Invercargill area over the coming days with the help of LandSAR volunteers from across the district.

Mr Horn (68) has dementia and was last seen on CCTV footage near a “hamster wheel” in a Queens Park playground about 2.20pm on February 15.
The 80ha Queens Park has green areas and several entrances and exits.
CCTV footage shows Mr Horn in various locations in the park and the golf course on Monday morning, before he reappeared in the playground later that afternoon.
A police media spokeswoman said yesterday (Thursday February 25) that police continued to appeal for any sightings of Mr Horn and urged anyone who may have seen him or has any knowledge of his whereabouts to contact police quoting event number P045508171.
