Otautau Community Health Trust

Nominations are required for three vacancies on the Trust.

Retiring by rotation and available for re-appointment are:

Nominations, which must be in writing and signed by a trustee or a member of the Otautau Community Board plus the nominee, close on Wednesday 21st May 2020 with the Secretary, OCHT c/- Otautau Medical Centre P O Box 100 Otautau 9641.

The AGM of the Otautau Community Health Trust wll be held on Wednesday, 17th June 2020 at 7 pm in the Southland District Council Office, Otautau, depending on Covid 19 restrictions at that time.
