Te Anau Club has a Head Chef position available.

This is a full time position.

You will be in charge of the day to day running of the bistro and all events and functions.

Other duties include:

management of all kitchen staff and rosters

stock and ordering

maintenance and cleaning of kitchen

kitchen health and safety
