Rata Park Rest Home Winton is looking for reliable caregivers to join our team.

Rata Park has a multicultural staff and are excited to be able to offer these positions within their team due to staff heading to SIT to further their careers in health. 

Rata Park management are available to assist with extension of work visa's and assist in the gaining of residency for migrant staff if required, however a commitment to the home is necessary.

No experience is required in our industry but a willingness to work and complete in-house training modules is a must.

These positions are to cover all shifts as a Health Care Assistant morning, afternoon & night shifts.

Our hours are flexible to accommodate partners work commitments as much as possible.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant.

Required to start as soon as you are able.
