We’re excited to be growing into the Southland region & Dunedin, and are presently searching for the right person to join our sales team in a commission-based role.

Working under the supervision of our Central Otago sales managers, Matt and Jolanda Williams, the successful candidate will join our team as a self-employed sales representative to these new regions as Build7 expands nationally.

This is a commission-based role in which an energetic and self-motivated person has the potential to see great success and earning potential.

The successful candidate will be supported by our sales managers and be coached and mentored to help them achieve their best.

Here’s what we’re looking for in a suitable applicant:

• Experience in sales or construction is highly regarded, and will be a major factor in selection.
• Highly-developed social and interpersonal skills: a demonstrated ability to speak to a wide variety of people with ease and confidence.
• Savvy with current marketing tools, such as social media, email etc. (Experience with apps like Facebook Business/Ad Manager, Instagram, Google, Pinterest will be considered an asset)

• A valid and current drivers license and personal vehicle will be crucial
• A current or future but confirmed address in the region is essential
