Exciting opportunity for a stellar administrator to join a team contributing to the success of one the South Island’s most established and sought-after tourism and ski operators.

About the Role

As part of the Accounts Receivable team you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the accounts receivable functions for the Wayfare Group, including the preparation of all customer invoices and statements, liaising with internal and external clients to effectively complete the full invoicing process.

This is a fixed term, full-time position covering parental leave through until March, 2022.

Skills & Experience

·       Previous experience dealing with accounts receivable preferred

·       Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

·       Strong administration skills in Microsoft applications, proficiency in MS Word and Excel

·       Time management skills with the ability to complete tasks efficiently & effectively

·       An eye for detail and a warm friendly approach
