Invercargill Central have announced a leasing update on confirmed tenants who will be occupying leases in the new inner-city development.
Currently 85% of the floor space within the development has been leased, and negotiations are ongoing with other potential tenants.
Just under half of the tenants currently announced will be new additions to the Invercargill shopping scene, with others relocating from existing premises.
June 10, 2022 will see Stage One open, which will include Farmers and associated retail stores, along with 250 car parks.
The construction project is to be completed by the end of 2022.
