Head Chef - Milford Sound

Milford Sound, nestled in the heart of Fiordland, is known as the 8th Wonder of the World and provides a unique environment for some epic experiences.

In this permanent, full-time role you will lead chefs working across our day cruises and overnight boats, providing varying styles of delicious meals for our guests. Supporting the Milford Sound

Experience Manager, you will coordinate budgets, work on menu changes, develop and maintain supplier relationships and constantly seek and identify opportunities for seasonal menu changes and local produce providers..

Who do we need for this role?

• At least 3 years of leading a kitchen under your belt
• Formal culinary training / qualification
• You are highly organised, multi tasking is second nature to you
