We at St Thomas' love when ex pupils visit our school.

We were luckily enough to have Bailley Unahi came to show us her new ‘robot’.

Bailley's robot helps to get her wheelchair into her car with ease.

We brainstormed some ideas for the robot’s name and finally settled on 'Rob'.

The children were so excited to watch Rob the robot in action! 

It was so great to have such an inspiring visitor to Room 1 (Year 1-2) our Junior class.

Our Year 3-4's have spent the afternoon putting their towns together that they made last week from recycled items.

They then explored the towns using a sphero and a beebot.

It is quite challenging trying to get the sphero to go in the right direction! Lots of problem solving happening

Our Year 5-6 students have recently returned from a 2 night Camp in Te Anau where they experienced the Glow worm caves, Te Anau bird Sanctuary, walked to dock bay, mini-golf & Quadricycle/Spiker bikes.  

Our school recently held a Talent Show. Well done to these children for being brave enough to perform in front of a large audience.

Winners were: Jae-Bryce Basungit, Alexa Dela-Cruz, Ava-Rose Te Namu & Charlotte Dowling.
