We had lots of excitement on Thursday 30 October when the Tour of Southland passed by our back fence.

The students all put their work down and headed out to cheer on the cyclists.

They made a lot of noise and I'm sure the cyclists appreciated the extra support.

From snow on Friday to beautiful clear blue skies and sunshine on Monday.

Northern Southland does get some variable weather in Spring.

I bet the cyclists were glad their race wasn't on Friday.
