PB4L Fun Day - Reward for Team Effort

On Thursday 19 May Lumsden School had a Whole School Fun Day which was organized by their principal Danella Smallridge and a small group of students.

The Fun Day was held to celebrate the students filling their school token jar.

Tokens had been awarded to students who were displaying the school values: being kind; and always trying their best.

The students who helped plan the day were selected because they consistently showed the Lumsden School Values.

They planned an action packed day which included lots of choice for everyone.

During the first block of the day students selected from a range of fun indoor activities.

After this everyone went outside for Fun Stations.

Students were organized into Whanau groups and the oldest students had to lead the activities.

During the afternoon students had a range of creative workshops to choose from.

The day was a huge success and students were now working towards filling another token jar.

These role models had lots of ideas and enjoyed working together to make a memorable experience for all.
