It has been a busy term here at Heddon Bush School.

As well as lots of learning in the classroom we have had a school ski trip to Remarkables Ski field with Drummond School in the first week.

Our Kapa Haka group worked really hard to prepare for Polyfest and enjoyed performing.

Earlier in the term our hockey team played in a tournament down at the turf in Invercargill, we also sent a netball team to the Netball Festival at the stadium, this was a great experience for them all.

In August we had a visit from Dr Sue Galloway who spent a day in each class teaching science.

Recently we also had a visit from the Life Education truck and learnt about how we can be great friends to each other.
