Superhero Day

On the last day of Term 2 we had a fun filled day organised by our wonderful Student Council.

"Superhero" Day.

Some amazing costumes and lots of fun activities such as "The Escape Room", "A Training Course" and our very own handmade I.D. Cards.

Casual Friday

Dipton School were proud to have supported “Casual Friday” and raised enough funds to buy two bricks to support the Charity Hospital.

Agrikids

Congratulations Sophia, Lily and Jack, receiving their prize packs from Ron and Emmett from Worksafe NZ for winning the Otago Southland section of the Agrikids competition.

Room 3 Cafe-3

In Room 3 we do a lot of learning through play.

Through this, the children can learn essential skills such as problem solving, working with others, sharing and much more.

Last term we created a Cafe.

The cafe was named 'Cafe-3'.

We designed a counter and had our play kitchen for the cooking.

At the end of the term we invited the whole school to our cafe opening where we baked donuts, muffins etc.

Each child at Dipton School had to earn their money for the week to be able to spend at our cafe.

Room 3 ran the cafe with play money and learnt great life skills.

Was a fun afternoon!
