Aparima College - Caretaker Position 

We are looking for a caretaker to join our team.

The caretaker is responsible for general maintenance of the school, this includes, grounds, buildings and garden maintenance.

The caretaker is also responsible for coordinating the work of any required professional services (plumbers/electricians etc) and compliance checks to meet various statutory requirements.

The position requires an early start, and security call-outs. 

There is a caretaker’s house available. 

The position requires a proactive, reliable person, able to work with staff and students in a busy school environment.

The successful candidate will have a clean police record, full driver’s licence, excellent health, excellent time management skills, flexibility and have basic handyman skills to carry out repairs and maintenance.
