Community Trust South has appointed Bill Moran to be its deputy chairman, replacing Lindsay Wright, who has stepped down from the role.
Mr Wright's term as a trustee ends next year and he wanted to allow an appropriate handover period for the incoming deputy.
Mr Wright remains a trustee until June 2021.

Chairwoman Trish Boyle thanked Mr Wright for his service.
“Lindsay stepping down now and being able to continue to provide support to Bill over the next few months is going to ensure a smooth transition.
"The entire board are truly thankful for everything Lindsay has done for Community Trust South in the deputy chair role.
:We are very pleased to have Bill moving into this role as he brings with him a significant amount of governance experience,” Mrs Boyle said.

Mr Moran currently holds governance roles with government, private sector, and not-for-profit organisations.
He is a former deputy secretary at the Treasury and his extensive governance experience started 16 years ago as co-founder and chair of Play It Strange.
Presently, his roles include chairman of Sport NZ, High-Performance Sport NZ, and Turn Up the Music Trust; a director of Pioneer Energy and WorkSafe NZ; and a trustee of Youthtown.
Mrs Boyle's final term as a trustee also ends in June next year and she will remain at the helm until then.
The trust is currently seeking expressions of interests for new trustees.
