The opportunity
We're on the hunt for an Administration Coordinator to join our passionate and down to earth team at Hollyford Valley Walks. We have a full-time role available for a team player with an exceptional eye for detail. Based in Te Anau, this role is responsible for ensuring the office operations for Hollyford run smoothly. A varied role, no two days will be the same; from financial administration to booking and retail coordination, you will be able to display your multi-tasking and problem-solving superpowers! If you're someone who isn't afraid of a long and varied to-do list and always bring a 'nothing is too much trouble' mentality, we want to hear from you!
Hollyford Valley Walks offers the popular four-day/three-night Hollyford Track guided walk. The Hollyford Track experience is certainly not your usual walk in the park - it takes visitors into the Hollyford Valley by foot, jet boat, and helicopter, and offers first-rate cuisine and private lodges along the way. Not only does this offer a truly unique experience for our manuhiri (visitors), but also an awesome place to work!
We take great pride in warmly welcoming manuhiri to our experiences. Manaakitanga (hospitality) is one of the core values that drives the way we do business. As hosts, we care for our customers and our team as our own whānau.
