We have more road closures at the below areas (in addition to what was sent at 1pm):

• SH97 closed from Lowther to Mossburn due to flying debris
• SH6 Dee St Invercargill (southbound only) closed from Don St to Tay St due to a loose façade
• SH1 Pioneer Highway south of Mataura closed due to downed powerlines
• Very strong winds on SH1 Edendale Hill

• SH1 East Road Invercargill between Mill Road North and Racecourse Road
• SH1 Gore-Mataura highway at Cardigan Bay Road
• SH93 between Kaiwera Road and Mataura due to fallen trees.
• SH96 between Mataura and Hedgehope

Please note that access from SH1 Edendale Roundabout to North Road closed due to flying debris.

We have a few trees down around the network. 

Due to this there are also road closures in place at:

• SH1 East Road Invercargill between Mill Road North and Racecourse Road
• SH1 Gore-Mataura highway at Cardigan Bay Road
