Our mission is to provide better veterinary services for rural NZ, and to help us get the job done right we are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our Finance team.
The VetNZ Finance team supports the wider VetNZ group of companies, including VetSouth Ltd, West Coast Vets Ltd and Vet Clinic Morrinsville.
We recently implemented a new CRM system and require an additional team member to help with the accounts receivable workload, as we embed the new system and re-develop the most efficient processes moving forward.
This role, based in Southland, can be located at either our Invercargill office or in the VetSouth Gore or Winton clinics, however initially a large proportion of time will be located at the Winton clinic for training purposes.
We are looking for someone with prior experience in a financial administration role, with excellent time management skills, the ability to pick up new tasks and systems quickly, and the affinity to work within tight deadlines.
The ability to work well as part of a team, excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential.
