Hospitalisation figures 

 Current hospitalisations as at 8am 12th May 2022 

There are currently 13 inpatients in Dunedin hospital (none in ICU/HDU) and 7 in Southland hospital (none in ICU/HDU). No Covid-19 patients are currently being ventilated. 

Please note that hospitalisation data does not differentiate between patients admitted because of COVID-19 infection versus those admitted for a separate reason who happen to also have COVID-19.
