Unexpectedly, at Gore Hospital, on Monday, 4 April 2022.

Aged 82 years.

Dearly loved husband to Mary for 62 years.

Loved and cherished Dad to David, *Murray, Brendan, Nadine and John.

Much loved Grandad George to Jason, *Melanie, and Gina; Regan, Kristy and Brayden.

Loved brother of Pearl, Marie, *Lorinne, Beverley.

Loved by all his nieces and nephews.

A service to celebrate George’s life will be held at Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Saturday, 9 April, at 1-00 p.m., followed by interment at Charlton Park Cemetery.

Special thank you to the wonderful nursing staff at Gore Hospital and Rural District nursing service for taking such special care of George.
