Dearly loved son of the late John (Jack) and the late Alice Woodgyer.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Gaile and John Downey (Christchurch).

Loved uncle of Joanne and Michael.

Loved great-uncle of Jaimie and Alex.

Loved friend of Neil O’Rorke.

John has been cremated and a memorial service will be held at Kew Bowling Club, 20 McQuarrie Street, Invercargill, on Friday, 12 January 2024 at 1.00 pm.
