If you are reading this, I am gone!! On Saturday 1stJune, 2024, Jan passed away 

in the care of Hospice Southland. Soulmate of Murray, a proud Mum of her two 

children, Cody Wards and his wife Sarah, Nina de Malmanche and her husband 

Lance. Loving Nana of Axle, Miles, Casey, and Ricky, loving step Nana of 

Holly, Taryn, Lauren, and Ashton. Jan was proud of all their achievements. 

A farewell for Jan with lots of laughter, and memories will be held on Thursday

thJune, 2024 at 2pm in the Mataura RSA, 49 River Street, Mataura. The family 

would like to thank the Hospice Southland, doctors, and nurses for their 

incredible devotion to making Jan’s last days as comfortable as possible. A
