Passed away on Thursday August 12, 2021 at Christchurch Hospital.

Loved son, brother, uncle and papa of his whanau and extended whanau.

A service for Moana will be held at the Te Hono o te Ika a Maui ki Ngai Tahu Marae, Blampied Street, Mataura on Tuesday 17 August at 11.00am then leaving for the Mataura Cemetery.
