Passed away peacefully at Windsor Park, Gore, on Thursday 19th October 2023.

In his 90th year.

Late of Taumarunui and Fielding.

Dearly loved husband and companion of Jennifer for 68 years.

Dearly loved father Roger and Julie, Philippa and Selwyn, Deborah and Peter and Jeremy and Phoebe.

Loved Poppa of Louise & Sam, Katie and Rueben, Sam, Aidan and Alice, Reece & Alana, Paige and Rob, Jess and Jarrah, Roxy and Richard, Geordie and Lauren, Elliot, Luke, Mitchell and Laura, Ella and Caleb, and thirteen great children.

Thank you, the staff, at Winsor Park for their care of Derek over past the 3 years.

In accordance with Derek’s wishes a private celebration of his life will be held on Saturday October 28th, 2023.
