It is with deep sadness we wish to announce the passing of our dearly beloved Miki Tamihana, at Hospice Southland on the 24th March, surrounded by his Tamariki and Wife.

In his 101st year.

Cherished husband of Helen Thompson, and adored father of the late Leslie, Donna and John, Michael and Denyse, Ann, Viki, Hayley and Trevor, Cassie.

Beloved friend of Shona, and Sue.

A special Grandad to all his mokopuna, and a special friend to the late Jocelyn Thompson.

Miki was the youngest, and last of his generation.

We would also like to acknowledge the amazing Hospice Angels that took such good care of dad.

A service to honour his life will be held in Nga Hau E Wha Marae, 193 Conon Street, Appleby, Invercargill, on Thursday 27th March, at 1.00pm.

Followed by a private cremation.
