Aged 98 years.

Beloved wife of the late Vincent Alexander Herriot (Vin).

Daughter of Charles* and Agnes* Matthews (formally of Gore.

Daughter-in-law of William* and Esther* Steel (formally of Kelso).

Sister and sister-in-law of Roger* and Mary* Matthews, Lena* and Harry* Bedwell, Shirley* and Nelson* Paul, Heather and Ralph* King (Auckland), Frances*, Iris* and Allan* Savage.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Charlie and Colleen (Christchurch), Errol and Jeannette (Heriot), Roger (Brisbane), Margaret and Cliff Woodrow (Tapanui), Christina and Rex* Smith (Te Anau), Matthew and Barbara (Heriot), Lois and John Fischer (Rangiora).

Much loved Granny of all her grandchildren, great grandchildren and Granny Steel to all of her extra families.

Loved Aunty Betty to all her nephews and nieces.

We invite you to come and join us in a Teddy Bear’s Picnic celebration of Betty’s life on Saturday, 9 October, at 1.30pm at the Heriot Community Centre, Roxburgh Street, Heriot, then leaving for Crookston Cemetery.
