Peacefully at Clare House, Invercargill on Tuesday 11 November 2025, surrounded by his loving whanau.

Aged 68 years.

Dearly loved son of the late Shirley and Rongo.

Much loved brother of William, Eileen, Bruce, Peter, Meronea, Annette, Shirley, John, Shayne and their families.

A service to celebrate Rongo’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill on Saturday 15 November at 1.30pm, interment to follow at the Eastern Cemetery.
