Sally's other great love is her extensive garden and many animals.

Her 14 acre Kennington property features not only creek and aviary gardens, but possibly Southland's only genuine maze - which Sally says is loads of fun.

The gardens have become a popular venue and destination for many groups, including wedding parties.

When not in the gardens you will find Sally with her cats, dogs (which she trains), horse, sheep, cattle, chickens, doves, oh and not forgetting the peacocks!
