On February 25th, aged 82.

Helen died peacefully in the care of Calvary Hospital, with her husband by her side.

Dearly loved wife of Peter Richardson.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Louise Richardson and David Cowie, Philip and Teresa Richardson, Simon Richardson and Tracey Wayte.

She was much-loved by her grandchildren: William, and Isabella Cowie, Harrison Windram, and Dominic, and Lewis Richardson.

She was also a very special sister, sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, godmother, friend and neighbour.

Helen is being cremated in a private family service, in accordance with her wishes.

The Richardson family would also like to thank the wider community of friends who have supported Helen and Peter during the long and uncertain duration of Helen’s illness.

Their cheese rolls, casseroles, soups, and gardening-hours have been very much appreciated throughout, and Helen’s final days at Calvary were made much easier by the warm and loving care that she received there.
