Peacefully, at Ascot Care Home, Invercargill, on Thursday, 24 August 2023

(aged 96 years).

Dearly loved husband for 66 years of Muriel.

Loved father and father-in-law of Wendy and Warren Boniface (Lochiel), Robyn (Invercargill), Craig and Mary (Kaiwera), Sally (Riverton), Dale and Grant Logan (Gore).

Loved Geordie to Keiran and Sam Weily, Susan and Sam Dunn; Zoe, Elle and Phoebe.

Loved son of *George and *Jenny.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of *Gordon and Margaret, *Alan and *Shirley, Esther and *Ross Lindsay, *June and *Alan Christie, *Gordon and Pam Reichel, Rowena and *Les Panting, Wesley and Pam Reichel.

A service to celebrate George’s life will be held at Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Friday, 1 September, at 1:00pm, followed by private interment.
