Peacefully on Saturday 2 December 2023, at Southland Hospital on the 94th hole of her life.

Dearly loved wife of the late Warwick.

Loved mother and mother in law of Liz and John Thayer, Jillian and Neil Boniface, Russell and Joanna.

Loved Nana and Great-Nana of Sarah; Todd, Staci and Toby; Simon, Anna, Isabella and Harry; Scott, Megan, Emerson and Beauden; Juliet, Joe and Lizzie; Mark, Letta, Sophia, Oakley and Eli; Jamie and Lauren; and Ryan.

Loved sister and sister-in-law of Doug*and Betty* Marshall, Ruby and Eric* Lindsay, and Billie*& Graham* McFarlane.

Friend of Kerryn, Nigel and Brendan and families.

The service for Elma will be held in the J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Corner Esk & Doon Streets, Invercargill, on Friday 8 December at 1.30 pm followed by Elma’s interment at the Eastern Cemetery.
