Peacefully aged 84, on 27 July 2024, in the wonderful care of Bupa Ascot, listening to jazz and holding the hand of his beloved wife Faye.

Brother-in-law of Keith and Joy Jackson, uncle of Lisa, and Aaron, and great-uncle of Sofia, and Tom.

Bruce has been privately farewelled and his body has been donated to the Otago Medical School.
