On 31 July 2022, peacefully with family in Christchurch.

Aged 95 years.

Dearly loved wife of the late Reuben.

Much loved mother of James (Invercargill), David (Rotorua), Joss Bradley (Brightwater), Maree Parr and Tom Steele (Christchurch) and the late Barry.

Loved Grandma of Reuben Bradley and Laila Sultan (Brisbane), Alice Steele (Christchurch), Emily Steele (Sydney), and Charlie Parr (Tauranga).

Great-grandmother of Sami Sultan (Brisbane).

We will gather to farewell Irene at J Fraser and Sons’ Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon St, Invercargill at 1pm Monday 8 August, followed by refreshments and a family burial at Riverton Cemetery.
