Passed away peacefully at Rata Park Care Home, Winton, on Tuesday, 22 December 2020.

Aged 80 years.

Dearly loved husband of the late Myrna.

Beloved father and father-in-law of Shona (Christchurch), Bryan (Freshford), Hamish and Robyn (Gore), Lyndon and Jennifer (Christchurch), Malcolm (Auckland).

Special friend to Linda (Roslyn Bush).

Loved Grandfather to Mikayla and Anton; Shannon, Caebian, and I'esha; Bailey, and Taylor.

A loved great-grandfather of his great-grandchildren.

A service to celebrate Rex’s life will be held in Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore, on Wednesday, 30 December at 1:00 pm, followed by interment at Charlton Park Cemetery.
