Passed away peacefully at Hospice Southland on Monday, 14 March 2022.

Gentle and loving husband of Irene (Wee girl).

Loved and respected father, of Sharon and Ross Burns (Queenstown), Stephen and Michelle Allison (Westport) Barry and Gillian Allison (Auckland) and Chris and Erna Allison (Rockhampton).

Special Grandad Fred of Tamara, Callum, Blair, Ruby, Fergus and Jack.

Loved Great Grandad Fred of Jett.

Best mate of Jack Sheehan.

Fred will be resting at home, 211 Pomona Street, Invercargill until at his wishes, there will be a graveside service in the Eastern Cemetery (Block 53) on Thursday 17 March at 10.30am, to be followed by refreshments at the Georgetown Bowling Club, John Street, Invercargill.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Southland would be appreciated.
