Peacefully passed away after a courageous battle on Thursday October 20, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at Gore Hospital.

Much loved Mum of Janelle and Thomas, Regan and Tiara, Georgia and Bailey.

Cherished Nanny of Freya, Oskar; and Molly.

Loved Daughter of Elaine and the Late Eddie Weti.

Sister of Stephen and Saina, and Loved Aunty of Edward.

Loved partner of David Smith and Step Mum to Mitchell and Brooke and special friend to many.

A service to celebrate Jude’s life will be held in the Gore RSA Function Lounge, Bowler Avenue on Tuesday October 25 at 11:00am followed by private cremation.

Donations may be left at the service for Gore Hospital Whanau Room.
