Passed away peacefully at Peacehaven Village, surrounded by her loving family, on Friday 29th September 2023.

In her 94th year.

Beloved wife of Lex for 73 years.

Loved daughter of Vernon and Gladys Freeman.

Much loved mother of Sandra, Fraser and Alistair (Ernie).

Loved mother in law of Brian* Walker and Judith.

Loved grandmother of Richard and Kat Walker (Norway), Sara and Peter Evans (Christchurch), Allan McRae and Christine Brownridge (Brisbane), Graham and Katie McRae (Invercargill), Robert McRae (Gore), and Susan and Bryce Sykes (Cambridge).

Loved Great grandma of Isla, Elias, Isabel, Kiran, Felix, Eddie and Lachie.

Loved sister in law of Alton* and Dulcie McRae, Rayma and James* McQueen, Doug* and Shirley* McRae, Gordon (Donnie) and Linette, and the late Sheree.

Loved Aunty of all of her nieces and nephews.

Family wish to sincerely thank Viv and Brian, and the staff of Peacehaven for their care and compassion of Maureen.
