It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Carmel in the early morning of Friday 20 December 2024.

Aged 82.

Dearly loved and loving wife of the late William (Bill) McNatty.

Sister and sister-in-law to Nareen and Jim, Paul and Marlene, Mary and Allister, Glenise and Gordon.

Amazing mother and mother-in-law of David and Kerry, John, Trish and Bruc.

Loving nana of Siantelle and Shaun, Jessica and Brad, Lara and Matt, Troy, Madeleine and Lewis, Blake and Courtney and Jake and Katy.

Great-nana to Braxton, Colton, Selina, Thomas, Mila (who called her ‘great-great’), Johnny, and George, as well as her many nieces, nephews and friends.

She passed peacefully at Rowena Jackson surrounded by her loving family.

RIP.

A service will be held at 11.30am on Friday 27 December 2024 at St Theresa of Lisieux Church, 40 Perth St, Invercargill.

At the conclusion of the service, interment will be at Eastern Cemetery.
