(Peacefully) on Wednesday May 19 2021 in the special care of all the staff at Peacehaven, Invercargill and Ribbonwood, Tapanui.

Dearly loved husband and friend of Maire for 55 years.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Mike and Tash (Edievale), Vanessa Noble (Murchison).

Loved and respected Pop to Sean and Emily; Hine, and Travis, Tyler and Shaylee, Logan, Eden and Jack.

Loved brother and brother-in-law of Jim* and Barbara* McElrea, Beth and Bill* Strang, June Swaney

Loved uncle of all his nieces and nephews.

Friend to many.

A service to celebrate David’s life will be held in the Heriot Community Centre on Tuesday May 25 at 1.30pm followed by private cremation.

In lieu of flowers donations may be left at the service for West Otago Health.
