It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Shorty in the care of Ascot Care Home.

Much loved father and father-in-law of Judith and Craig Barrow, and Maree and John Lyons.

A grandad and great grandad.

Loved brother of Mary and Hugh McCall, and all his late brothers, sisters, and his parents.

A service to farewell Shorty will be held in the Southland Crematorium Chapel, Rockdale Road, Invercargill on Saturday 9 October at 11.00am.

Due to COVID restrictions, the service will be limited to 100 people.

A very special thanks to the wonderful carers past and present who filled Shorty’s days with love and care, it means everything.
