Peacefully, at Hospice Southland on Thursday, 16 September 2021, surrounded by his loving family.

Dearly loved husband of Brenda Lines.

Beloved father and father-in-law of Gail and Eddie* Hei Hei, Fay and Terry Stott, Karen and Peter Brown, Jan Lines, Julie Lines, and Stephen and Jocelyn Lines.

Jack was the son of Martha* and John* (Jack) Lines.

A loved brother and brother-in-law of Elsie* and Charlie* Hughes, Joe* and Ina* Lines, Joan* and Cyril* Fisher, Jim Lines, Rachael and Jack Dowling, Nola* and Len* Maguire, Doreen* and Curly Crow*, George*, Tui*, and Henry*.

Much loved son-in-law of Andy* Elliot.

Loved brother-in-law of Charlie, John and Ngaire, Kathy and Winston, Paul, Diane*, Dot and Mark, Janet, Bryan and Mary.

Jack was loved by his nieces and nephews.

A private family service will be held.
