Passed away peacefully at Rowena Jackson on Wednesday, 11 January 2023.

In her 80th year.

Dearly loved wife of the late Bruce.

Loved mother and mother-in-law of Jackie and Logan Edwards, Karen and Joe Hughes, and Paul and Angela Lindsay.

Loved Nanna with the chooks of Liam and Jamie; Noah; Scott and Jenna.

Loved sister and sister-in-law of Alan* and Margaret*, Florence* Brown, Peter* and Chrissie Brown. Bill* and Margaret* Brown, May* and Robin* Tait, Dorothy* and Edwin* Kelly.

A loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews.

A dear friend of Gay.

A service to celebrate Marie’s life will be held at J Fraser and Sons Chapel, Cnr Esk and Doon Streets, Invercargill on Wednesday, 18 January at 1.30pm.

Interment at the Calcium Cemetery to follow.
